Hello, my name is Heba Osman, and I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oakland University in 2010 and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in 2012. With over 15 years of experience across hospital settings, community mental health, and private practice, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for reproductive mental health, including infertility, miscarriage, and postpartum challenges.
Being pro-women and providing culturally sensitive, inclusive care is foundational to my approach. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is open-minded, non-judgmental, and deeply empathetic—while still offering the gentle challenge and guidance needed for meaningful growth.
My goal is to support you in building secure, fulfilling relationships and improving your overall life satisfaction. Together, we will work as a team to develop healthier ways of thinking, coping, and engaging with the world—so you can move toward your most grounded and authentic self.
